A boat with a history...that is about to change

Sea Spree was built in 1994. A Grand Bank 42 Classic, she was shipped up from Malaysia and her first home port was Bellingham, WA. Sea Spree went into charter with NW Explorations for a number of years and was finally sold in 2014 to a new owner - who promptly took her down to Portland.
We had scratched our heads wondering how 6500 nautical miles had been put on the boat but Sea Spree probably traveled up to Alaska far more many times than I ever will.

Now she's coming back up to the Salish Sea.
There's work to be done, major overhauls that may not make some other Grand Bank owners happy. We didn't buy Sea Spree to meticulously maintain past innovations or a particular look - we want her to reflect the best innovations and environmental standards possible. She has what I would call good bones but she is in serious need of a makeover.

Years of chartering and then having a live aboard plus a dog wandering the decks has taken some of the polish off of this classic beauty. She…
